We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your first order, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
To initiate a return:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. After we process the refund, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations must be made before your next renewal date to avoid being charged. Subscription orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
