Refund/Return Policy

At ZEST Supplements, we're committed to ensuring you're completely satisfied with your purchase and your whole experience.

-Please get in touch with us within 15 days of delivery if you would like to return sealed goods. For items that have been unsealed, kindly notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

We are pleased to offer a replacement for products that:

  • Are delivered damaged
  • Are sent by mistake
  • Trigger an adverse response

For any other issues, we will evaluate them individually. Please be aware that further conditions may apply.

-Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 -Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the product.

-For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 5 days after the estimated delivery date.

-Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.

-If you need to initiate a return, please call us 9 AM - 5 PM CST (Monday - Friday) before sending the items back. You will need to provide your Purchase Order number from when the order was placed on the site. Once we confirm that your items are eligible for return (see details written above) we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

-All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo an inspection to ensure it is in its original condition without any alterations and defect. If the item meets these criteria, we will proceed with the refund. Please allow 2-3 business days for the process to be completed.

Replacement/Refund Exceptions
We will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a produced product in case of:
 If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
 Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
